Overview of the job:
We are looking for a well-organised and proactive individual to join our school community as an Examinations Officer. This key role involves managing the administration and delivery of all internal and external examinations across the school.
Purpose of the post:
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating exam entries, timetables, resourcing, re-sits, results and communications with exam boards. You will work closely with staff, students and invigilators to ensure that all examination processes run smoothly, accurately and in line with regulatory requirements. This is a vital role within our friendly and supportive school community, offering the opportunity to make a real impact on students’ experience and outcomes.
In line with our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our pupils, this appointment will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
