What skills and experience we're looking for

Why consider Oasis Don Valley

Are you the sort of person who likes things 'just so' and are the first to find 'Wally' or spot the upside down 6 in a page of 9's? Maybe you are an expert at joining the dots and spotting trends in reams of seemingly unrelated and disconnected data.

Well ignore those who see your attention to detail as an obsession - because that is precisely what we seek. A detail focused data analyst who can see things others can't. An expert who appreciates the importance of accuracy - particularly when you are dealing with information and results that can change lives.

Because here at Oasis you will be responsible for the development, production and analysis of student attainment data for monitoring and tracking student progress in communities where disadvantage can blight opportunity without the support of an organisation like Oasis.

In return we shall reward you with unfettered access to personal career development and the opportunity to progress within an Academy Trust with many offshoots and facets fuelled by great ambition. You will be surrounded by a support network of peers that wants you to succeed and will be there to make sure you do. Underpinned with an ethos, culture and values that recognises the best in everyone and is designed to ensure every child flourishes and reaches their potential.

Its a great environment to do great work and to deliver impact to those most in need. And a great place to grow your career.
