Exams and Data Manager job summary

We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, and confident ‌Exams and Data Manager‌ to join our team at Priestnall School. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in Examinations in education. As a ‌Exams and Data Manager‌, you will be responsible for managing all administration of the examination system including the collection and collation of all entries, results and forecasts from the Subject Leaders.

This position is contracted on a 37 hours per week Term Time Only basis + 10 days. This means you will mainly work when the school is open to pupils and will not need to work during the school holidays unless the contract requires you to do so. In total you will be in work for a minimum of 37 out of 52 weeks

Job Purpose (For further details on the role, please find the Job Description below)

  • Manage all administration in connection with the exam procedures.
  • Process internal and external school data to facilitate detailed analysis.
  • Administer student data within school systems.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Sound educational background including GCSE’s in Maths and English (A*-C) or equivalent.
  • Previous Experience as an Exams Officer and/or Data Manager would be advantageous.
  • Ideally possess prior experience within a similar role.
