Exams Assistant job summary

The Exams Assistant plays a key role in supporting the smooth running of all internal and external examinations.

Reporting to the Exams Manager, the postholder ensures accurate compliance with examination board regulations, and efficient administrative support. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong ICT skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff, senior leaders, and external bodies to help ensure the timely and accurate delivery of student assessment and examinations.

This role is part time, 15 or 22 hours per week over 2 or 3 days. Please Note this role will include an expectation of working full time for up to 10 weeks per year during busy exam periods.
