Full Time / Permanent - 37 hours per week, Term Time Only (incl INSET days) + 1 week during summer holidays

Cavendish Education Trust is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, confident and organised individual to be our Exams & Data Officer.
As the Exams & Data Officer, you will collaborate with the Deputy Head and Data Manager to lead the end-to-end administration of internal and external examinations while ensuring strict compliance with statutory and security regulations. Your responsibilities include managing the MIS exams module, coordinating logistics with site staff, and handling all candidate communications, including the distribution of results and post-results enquiries.
Additionally, you will be responsible for the recruitment, training, and scheduling of the invigilation team to ensure exams are adequately and safely staffed. Beyond the exam hall, you will support the Data Manager with broader MIS administrative tasks, including data analysis and the production of academic reports for parents and stakeholders.
