36.5 hours per week, term time only plus 2 weeks (KS4 & KS5 result days)

Aston Manor Academy seeks to appoint from September 2025, a committed, well-qualified Exams Manager. The candidate will take lead responsibility and be accountable for the provision of a high quality examination service to the school, ensuring full compliance with the JCQ regulations. You will also demonstrate your ability to ensure all examinations (internal and external) are timetabled, administered and conducted efficiently and in an appropriate style and tone, ensuring that the school – as an official examination centre – meets all the requirements, procedures and deadlines laid down by the examination boards. This role requires you to work flexibly in order to meet the business needs
