What skills and experience we're looking for

We're excited to invite a new Exams Officer to join our team! If you're organised, proactive, and ready to contribute to a thriving school community, we'd love to hear from you!

We would like to hear from you if you have:

  • English and Mathematics GCSE or equivalent
  • Degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of the examination system and procedures
  • Knowledge of Microsoft software
  • Knowledge of National curriculum
  • Three years' experience of working in an inner-city school or educational establishment
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong database skills, with the ability to produce user friendly data
  • The ability to recruit, organise and manager exam invigilators

In this role, you'll work closely with the Vice Principal to ensure a smooth and efficient exam process, with the full support of our friendly admin team of four. During exam season, you'll receive dedicated assistance from the team to help manage the busy period, while outside of exams, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day functions of the main office. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a collaborative and welcoming school environment, where you'll have the chance to both offer and receive support.
