Exams Officer job summary
The Role:
Are you an exceptionally motivated and organised individual? If so, we may have the perfect opportunity for you. We are seeking to appoint an Exams Officer to ensure the smooth running and administration of all public examinations. You will be liaising with teachers, students, parents and examination Boards. You will be responsible for exam requirements, entries, result and communications and will ensure the school adheres to all Awarding Bodies’ regulations. This role is Term Time Only plus 1 week. These days will be required to be worked during exams result weeks in the summer.
About you: 
This is a fantastic opportunity to thrive in an exciting and important role in our school community. Your key skills and requirements for the role will include:
- Having experience of administering internal and external exams according to exam board guidelines;
- Working in a similar administration role;
- Knowledge of relevant legislation for a range of qualifications at A Level and GCSE;
- Having good time-management, organisational skills and work-planning.
