Executive and HR Administrator job summary

About this Role

We are a growing Multi Academy Trust of 19 primary schools based in Leicestershire. We are looking to appoint an administrative specialist to provide high-quality support across the HR function and provide executive-level assistance to the CEO and the Executive leadership team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes, with a specific focus on recruitment, and the effective coordination of executive activities within the Trust. The role is offered based on 37 hours a week for 44 weeks of the year (term time plus 6 weeks).
