  • Supportive Culture: Join a values-led organisation with a collaborative, inclusive ethos.
  • Professional Perks: National pay scale, flexible working, travel opportunities, and tailored development.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the Regional Director and executive teams trusted partner - managing their diary, inbox, travel, and meetings
  • Act as a gatekeeper and ambassador, handling sensitive communications with tact and clarity
  • Lead and coordinate strategic projects using recognised methodologies
  • Organise high-level meetings, events, and committee servicing with flawless execution
  • Maintain systems, registers, and documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training across the regional team
  • Monitor budgets, process expenses, and manage financial documentation
  • Provide executive-level support with discretion, initiative, and emotional intelligence

What You’ll Bring

  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience in executive support
  • Strong command of MS Office and SharePoint
  • Experience in the education sector (ideal but not essential)
  • Exceptional communication, judgement, and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Emotional resilience, discretion, and a collaborative spirit
