Executive Assistant
Salary: BG10 – 37 hours per week, term time + insets + 10 days (actual £31,324 – £34,632)
Trust in Learning Academies are looking to appoint an Executive Assistant to work in the Trust’s central education team.
You will provide professional, comprehensive and confidential organisational and administrative support to the Director of Education and School Development Team based in our Trust Education Office on the site of Orchard School in north Bristol.
This role involves leading on the communications and business administration of the School Development Team, building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and working confidentially and discreetly with Directors, Headteachers and other senior personnel.
However, this is much more than an administrative role. You will lead on the organisational elements of:
- Quality Assurance with schools, including core visits, SEND and safeguarding audits and reviews
- Professional Learning and Development training and events
- Stakeholder Voice (pupils, parents and carers, and staff)
- Education policies schedules
The successful candidate will be experienced in providing confidential support to senior personnel in an educational environment, and have excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
The role will be varied and busy. You will need to keep up to date with educational change and be prepared to carry out projects from time to time. You may be expected to attend meetings occasionally in other schools across the Trust, and a small amount of evening work may be required.
