About The Role
This dual role provides high-level executive support primarily to the College’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT), while also delivering key executive support to the CEO of the Sir John Brunner Foundation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating complex administrative and organisational requirements across both the College and the Foundation, enabling Executive Leaders to focus on strategic leadership and the continued success of the organisation.
It is anticipated that this role will be split, with 80% of the time supporting the Principal of the College and the senior leadership team and 20% of the time supporting the CEO of the Sir John Brunner Foundation and whole Foundation organisational matters.
Your Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant role entails helping with high-level, complex administrative duties to support key leaders of the organisation in delivering excellence to our students and communities.
The role is varied and interesting and includes duties such as:
- Serving as a first point of contact to the team for a range of stakeholders, responding to their queries and directing them accordingly.
- Managing diaries and supporting leaders in planning and coordinating meetings.
- Supporting leaders in the planning and organising of key events for students and staff.
- Providing administrative support for meetings, including circulating paperwork and tracking actions.
- Supporting leaders to ensure compliance with statutory and legal obligations.
- Acting as a point of contact for staff queries and helping to support an exceptional staff experience.

What We Are Looking For
The successful candidate will have strong administrative experience; they will be highly organised, with the ability to develop excellent working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
No prior experience as an Executive Assistant or PA is necessary; however, the ability to work calmly and professionally, with integrity and discretion, is important.
