Executive Assistant to the CEO job summary
We are looking to recruit a cheerful, enthusiastic, and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer, Andrew Cooper, from June 2025.
You will be working at the very heart of our ambitious executive team. You will be a key point of contact for the SEEAT central team, Trustees, Chairs of Governors, Headteachers, and external stakeholders so it is essential that you have strong interpersonal skills and that your personal values align with our Trust ethos. In return, we can offer flexible working in an interesting environment where no day is the same.
The successful applicant must be able to work flexibly, have a presence, show initiative, be proactive, and work with discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
The post is advertised as term time plus five days. We can be flexible with working hours (part-time or full-time possible) over 5 working days.
The post is based at The Deanes and hybrid working (typically for two days per week) is possible. Travel to other SEEAT schools may be required from time to time.
