Role:
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting leadership and governance? We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our team.
This is a unique dual role where you will provide confidential, proactive, and high-level administrative support to the CEO, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities.
You’ll manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and act as a trusted point of contact for senior leaders and stakeholders. At the same time, you will play a key role in governance processes, including clerking meetings and maintaining statutory records.
We’re looking for a strong administrator with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
