celebrate shared success.

Unlocking Your Leadership Potential

To help our students thrive, our leaders must also thrive. You will engage in high-level

leadership development and collaborate with a brilliant network of peers across the Trust. We

invest heavily in our staff talent so you can continue to grow, contribute to the sector, and refine

your expertise alongside other exceptional educators.

community. You will transform outcomes for your entire school community by raising aspirations

and educational standards. We want you to champion social justice, break down barriers, and

empower students to believe they can achieve more than they ever thought possible.

Are you ready to shape the future?

We are deeply passionate about the collective power of school trusts to make a difference and
