What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for someone who will/has:
- Lead the school forward whilst maintaining the exceptionally high standards already in place
- Continually review and improve all areas of the curriculum
- Be responsible for all aspects of monitoring, reviewing, assessing and reporting to all key stakeholders
- Lead and develop staff at all levels across the federation
- Proven organisational, managerial, financial, and interpersonal skills
- Work in partnership with the governing body, parents, local communities, and the LA to drive continuous improvement within the federation
What the school offers its staff
Following the retirement of the long-standing post holder, the governors of the Bridge Federation are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Executive Headteacher with an exceptional work ethic to lead and continue to drive forward our federation of two rural primary schools. The Bridge Federation comprises Winteringham Primary School (OFSTED Outstanding 2022) and South Ferriby Primary School (OFSTED Good 2019, reinspection pending).
