Executive Principal job summary
We are looking to appoint an inspirational and successful leader to join our team as a new Primary Executive Principal to work in assigned primary academies in our Lincolnshire patch. This is envisaged as a flexible role that could include single or multi-academy working as required by academy needs.
In time the role is likely to include a strategic leadership responsibility for wider Trust work across the region, or wider, linked to our Primary and Special Improvement Frameworks, Experience in leading SEND provisions, settings or an academy would therefore also be of interest to us at this time.
This is an exciting opportunity for existing Headteachers, Principals or Executive Principals to broaden and extend their leadership. The successful Executive Principal will be:
An inspirational and strategic leader with a successful record of sustained educational improvement
A leader with a deep knowledge and understanding of school improvement
Able to lead and manage time across the two (or more) sites to ensure that all academies in the arrangement thrive
Able to build relationships quickly and effectively with colleagues, parents and pupils
A leader with a thorough understanding of factors that influence pupil achievement and how to overcome barriers to learning, particularly for children with additional needs
Able to drive excellence in professional learning and grow leadership capacity at pace
Resilient, dynamic and keen to lead by example
