As Executive Principal for our secondary academies you will provide the leadership and management necessary to secure high quality teaching and learning to rapidly raise standards of achievement across the secondary phase.


St Aldhelm’s Academy is an 11-16 school serving the Bourne Valley, Alderney and wider Poole communities. The academy joined Authentic Education in June 2015. 


As Executive Principal you will be required to make a significant impact by creating an environment of rapid improvement, setting the academy on trajectory of sustained excellence. As a member of the executive team, you will have the opportunity play a role in the wider leadership of the Trust.

We are seeking to appoint a candidate who:

·        Is an experienced leader with a clear vision for the future, building on current capacity

·        Can inspire and empower staff to deliver the highest quality teaching and learning and embed excellence at every level

·        Will lead by example, with a ‘can-do’ attitude that can inspire commitment from students, staff and the local community

·        Has a proven track record of implementing change to raise standards in teaching and learning
