We are looking for an inspirational Executive Principal to take this dynamic federation to the next level.

If so, we invite you to apply for the exciting and rewarding role of Executive Principal, overseeing The New Broadwalk PRU and The Clifton Centre.
We need our Executive Principal to:
- have a clear vision for the future of this successful federation
- understand and empathise with the complex learning and emotional difficulties of our young people and ensure that each one of them continues to achieve their full potential
- be an enthusiastic, empathetic and inspiring leader with excellent communication skills
- have a passion for individualised learning aimed at developing the knowledge, life skills and experiences of our children and young people
- provide effective leadership of the federation and foster and develop the professional development of all staff
- engage with wider stakeholders across Salford and Greater Manchester to improve outcomes for our diverse and vulnerable client group of young people and their families. This includes working with service providers e.g. other headteachers, Youth Justice Board, social services, health, safeguarding and wider local authority services.
- have the ability to support senior staff to engage parents, carers and stakeholders in our young peoples’ education

The Clifton Centre is a Key Stage 4 Pupil Referral Unit working with students who are excluded from mainstream schools or who are at risk of such. The students attend with us for varying periods of time ranging from a number of weeks to at least a full Key Stage. Most KS4 pupils are entered for a range of GCSEs, including English and Maths.
