Weston Favell Academy, part of the Greenwood Academies Trust, is seeking an exceptional and dynamic Executive Principal to lead our thriving secondary academy into its next chapter of excellence. Following a recent OFSTED judgement of Good, we are poised for further transformation—and we need a leader with the vision, integrity, and drive to take us there.
The role;
As Executive Principal, you will:
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across all areas of the Academy
- Inspire staff, students, and the wider community with a clear vision for excellence
- Drive continuous improvement in academic outcomes, safeguarding, and pastoral care
- Champion equity, inclusion, and opportunity for every learner
- Work closely with the Trust’s leadership team to align Academy goals with wider strategic priorities
