Teacher Key Responsibilities:

Be an excellent classroom teacher who is able to promote and model excellent primary practice.

Have a clear awareness of expectations within year groups and the progression of knowledge within the curriculum.

Wider Key Responsibilities:

Excellent KS1 teacher - Boothroyd Academy is all about developing teachers to be the best they can be. This will be a crucial part of the role where you will have the chance to model excellent practice for other

Year Group Leader - Lead, support and challenge a year group team of teachers to deliver the best standards of teaching across all subjects.

Teaching and Learning Leader - Be part of a team of senior leaders within school who are continually shaping teaching and learning in EYFS, KS1 and KS2. As part of this role, you will be asked to effectively contribute your thoughts and ideas on how to move teaching and learning forward.
