Wrenbury Primary School was established in 1876 and is an attractive Grade II listed building, which has been extended over the years.

There are five classroom bases. In addition, we now have Little Wrens, our 3-4 year old governor-run provision in the school building as well as The Nest - our before and after school provision. The grounds are extensive for a small school. There are two sports fields one with a large piece of climbing equipment for KS2 pupils; the other boasts a traversing wall, climbing equipment for EYFS/KS1 and an outdoor classroom. A hard-core area, surrounds the building allowing for all age play. There are three distinct nature areas on the site including a wildlife area with a pond; a woodland and an area fondly called 'The Forest Club'. Front lawns and an orchard complete our outdoor learning spaces.

The school has use of the multi-use sports facility adjacent to the school field and the village tennis courts. We have close connections within the community including the doctor's surgery, St Margaret's Church, Wrenbury Nursing Home, Broomhall and Sound Chapel and The Wingate Centre. We have links to Cheshire Wildlife Trust and are engaged in a year long project with Reaseheath College.

We are part of the Nantwich Education Partnership; a collective of local primary and secondary schools, who support and collaborate together with children at the heart of all we do.
