St Martin’s C of E Schools are seeking an experienced, passionate and dedicated class teacher to join our welcoming and aspirational school community. We are looking for someone who:
- is an excellent classroom practitioner with experience in EYFS or KS1;
- demonstrates initiative and is keen to contribute to our three-form entry infant and junior schools within the Enlighten Learning Trust;
- is positive, enthusiastic and committed to continuous improvement;
- has a clear understanding of effective teaching and learning;
- works well as part of a team and has strong interpersonal skills and a good sense of humour;
- is sympathetic to and supportive of our Christian ethos and values;
- has high expectations and the ability to challenge children to exceed their potential.
