We are looking for an experienced Class teacher to join our dedicated team of staff at Lambourn Cof E Primary, a small rural school with big ideas, set within extensive and beautiful grounds.

At Lambourn, our vision is simple, ‘Let Your LIGHT Shine’ - we work closely together, sharing our common goal of inspiring our children and staff to achieve, to enjoy life and learning. Following our excellent recent Ofsted and SIAMs inspections, we are looking for someone who can continue to strive towards maintaining these high standards.

We would love to hear from you if you feel you could share in this aspiration. We are looking for:

  • Experience in trauma informed practice is highly desirable
  • A teacher who is reflective, able to use AFL to help pupils improve and use adaptive teaching to meet class SEND needs
  • A person who has high personal expectations as well as high aspirations for all pupils.
  • A strong, professional collaborator who works well as part of a team with a willingness to lead on a subject to the required high standard
  • An enthusiastic and caring teacher

Lambourn is a large village set in rolling hills with easy accessibility to Swindon (12 miles), Marlborough (13 miles), Wantage (9 miles) and Newbury (13 miles).
