What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience of working in Upper KS2
  • Has experience of working with a wide range of SEND
  • Will champion inclusion and diversity, promoting a positive and inclusive school culture where all students feel valued and supported.
  • Is committed to high standards of attainment and behaviour.
  • Will provide high quality support and encouragement under the direction of the class teacher.
  • Has a flexible and supportive approach to changing demands.
  • Possesses excellent literacy, numeracy and communication skills.
  • Works effectively as part of a skilled team.

First Aid Qualification desirable or willingness to undertake a first aid qualification is essential
