Our mission, as part of the Brigshaw Learning partnership, is to provide a cradle to career education that allows our children to enjoy lives of choice and opportunity. Our shared ambition is underpinned by a commitment to our Trust's core values of equality, integrity and resilience.

We are a primary school that is passionate about developing children's powerful voices to enable them to make meaningful choices for a life of success and opportunity.

One of the many benefits of being part of the BLP is that we can access a breadth of opportunity within and beyond our school as we work closely with our partner schools to develop great teachers. If you are the person
for us, you have to love teaching and learning, you have to love working with children and you have to enjoy being part of a team. We have high expectations of our staff and this involves hard work. Fortunately, we have an incredible team of staff and children who make
the hard work very rewarding!

Kippax Ash Tree is:

Fully committed to Safeguarding – This means you have to be ready to challenge and stand up on behalf of our children.

Unapologetically ambitious for the pupils in their care and for their own professional development.

Able to create and deliver a fun and exciting curriculum that engages all pupils.

Determined to make the lives of all our children better through strong assessment that informs and directs practice without making the children feel ‘tested.’

Reflective, responsive, relentless and reliable.

Full of energy, enthusiasm and sense of humour.

Able to lead a curriculum subject in line with our Kippax Ash Tree structure, ensuring that subject is delivered to a high standard across school.
