EYFS and KS1 Phase Leader job summary

We wish to appoint an EYFS and KS1 Phase Leader to join our Primary Phase team from September 2026. The postholder will be responsible for making significant contributions to the strategic development and direction of the Phase, whilst also leading a subject area. They will be responsible for ensuring that all pupils are being effectively assessed and supported in line with their bespoke needs. The postholder will be a committed and active member requiring high visibility around the staff team and school community.

Prendergast Vale School is an all-through school for 3 to 16 year olds in the heart of Lewisham and benefits from being part of the Leathersellers’ Federation of Schools.
