Our curriculum is knowledge-rich, thoughtfully sequenced, and informed by evidence-based practice. In EYFS, this is reflected through a strong focus on early language development, purposeful continuous provision, and meaningful adult interactions that support children to build secure foundations for learning and wellbeing.

  • is reflective and open to professional development, engaging positively with research, coaching, and CPD

  • works collaboratively and contributes to a supportive staff culture

  • builds strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

  • is organised, consistent, and thoughtful, with high expectations for children and themselves

What can we offer?

  • A friendly, supportive staff team and an approachable leadership team

  • Timetabled PPA alongside additional planning days to support high-quality planning

  • A strong focus on staff wellbeing and work-life balance

  • A 1:1 coaching programme to support professional growth and reflective practice

  • A carefully considered CPD offer aligned to individual and school priorities

  • A research-informed approach to teaching and learning, grounded in evidence-based practice

  • A commitment to reducing unnecessary workload and administration

  • Enthusiastic, well-behaved children who are eager to learn
