Are you an experienced Early Years specialist?
The Governors of Parklea Primary School are seeking a passionate, creative, and enthusiastic Reception Class Teacher to join our vastly improving, split-site school on the border of Central Bedfordshire.
We pride ourselves on our calm, purposeful atmosphere where children are at the centre of everything we do. Noted by Ofsted: "Well-trained staff support children to learn and develop their language and communication skills preparing them well for Year 1 and beyond."
You will play a pivotal role in shaping confident, curious, and ambitious learners within our warm and inclusive environment. We are looking for someone who can:
- Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons and high-quality continuous provision.
- Nurture positive, warm relationships with pupils and families.
- Contribute to a collaborative staff culture where professional development and wellbeing matter.
This position will Ideally suit a teacher with a minimum of two years’ experience, you will:
- Have excellent knowledge of the EYFS statutory framework.
- Possess strong pastoral skills and a desire to contribute to extra-curricular life.
- Be ready to inspire and motivate both boys and girls in our vibrant school.
