EYFS Class Teacher & Phase Lead job summary

We are looking to appoint an inspirational, ambitious and talented Class Teacher and Early Years Lead to join our dedicated and enthusiastic team. This role is central to the success of Civitas Academy and is a position which has a direct impact on the outstanding learning opportunities provided to our pupils.

You will provide excellent leadership, direction and management to ensure the sustained success of the Early Years Foundation Stage, sharing in and supporting the leadership of the school as a member of the Senior Leadership Team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day teaching and learning provision for all children in your phase, including those with Special Educational Needs, English as an Additional Language, those more-able learners and those eligible for the Pupil Premium Grant. You will receive coaching and mentoring from experienced leaders in the academy to ensure that you are supported in all aspects of what you do.
