The Governors wish to appoint an inspirational classroom teacher committed to excellence, who is able to inspire and motivate pupils and has high expectations of their achievement and behaviour. The successful candidate will initially be the reception class teacher.Applications are welcome from established and experienced class teachers as well as ECTs and trainee teachers who will achieve QTS by July 2026.

We are looking for a Classroom Teacher who will:

  • be a good to outstanding practitioner, who is able to engage and motivate children
  • be innovative, creative, forward thinking and work collaboratively within our team
  • have high expectations of children of all groups and abilities and be committed to children’s welfare and safeguarding
  • be cheerful, caring, friendly and build positive relationships with children, staff and parents
  • have a fair, positive and calm approach to ensure pupils meet high expectations of excellent behaviour
  • support the Catholic ethos of our school
