Our most recent Ofsted inspection (October 2023) noted that “staff work hard to ensure that pupils feel safe and happy” and that “the school grounds and rural location are well used to develop the wider curriculum.” In 2025, SIAMS inspectors highlighted that “inspired by the vision, leaders ensure that wellbeing is a high priority throughout the school… The result is a rich culture of nurture and care which permeates the school.”

We are seeking to appoint a skilled and enthusiastic EYFS teacher to take up this exciting opportunity and join our supportive and friendly team.

The successful candidate will:

Have a strong understanding of the EYFS Framework.

Be an outstanding teacher who inspires and motivates young learners

Deliver creative, engaging learning opportunities within a knowledge‑led curriculum

Have high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour

Work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Promote our Christian ethos, vision and values
