What skills and experience we're looking for
St Augustine’s Catholic Primary School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, hard-working and highly skilled teaching practitioner to join our EYFS team for 3 days a week. We provide a caring, Catholic ethos and a supportive and friendly community, committed to nurturing and developing the uniqueness of each child.
The successful candidate will:
Be an excellent classroom practitioner;
Have high expectations of pupils’ achievement and behaviour;
Be fully committed to upholding and promoting the Catholic ethos of the school in all aspects;
Be an excellent communicator, with good organisational and interpersonal skills;
Be determined to enable children to fulfil their potential;
Set clear targets for pupils’ learning, building on prior attainment;
Be highly effective in leading a curriculum area;
Have experience of the EYFS curriculum.
