What skills and experience we're looking for
- Qualified teacher status
- Specialism in EYFS
- Understanding of high-quality teaching and learning strategies in the EYFS, and the ability to model this for others and support others to improve
- Ability to build effective working relationships with staff and other stakeholders
- Ability to adapt teaching to meet pupils’ needs
- Ability to work collaboratively with all school staff and parents. Willing and able to lead within a curriculum area.
- Warm, friendly, open personality.
- Hardworking, flexible and responsive to change.
- Self-motivated and able to work efficiently and effectively with minimum supervision. Willingness to give, receive and act on constructive criticism.
