What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible and highly motivated individual to join our happy team. The successful candidate will share our vision and commitment to moving our school from strength to strength.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent teaching ability in Early Years
- Has expert knowledge of the EYFS statutory framework and handbook
This is an excellent opportunity for anyone wanting to enter into leadership for the first time or for someone who has leadership experience. We have clear systems in place for distributed leadership and a supportive team.
You will have:
- Outstanding teaching in EYFS/KS1
- Secure knowledge and understanding of EYFS curriculum
- A proven track record of the impact you have had
- The ability to bring people with you
- An 'open door’ policy, someone who is a facilitator and a team player
- The ability to help lead, inspire and further develop our committed and hardworking staff
- High expectations of yourself, our staff, children and parents
- A commitment to supporting whole school events
