What skills and experience we're looking for
- Passionate and Enthusiastic: The ideal candidate must have a genuine love for early years education, demonstrating a desire to make a real difference in young lives.
- Qualified and Experienced: We are seeking someone with extensive hands-on experience within an EYFS setting. Evidence of leadership in an early years context would be advantageous.
- Innovative and Creative: To create engaging learning experiences that will inspire our young learners, we are looking for a leader with creative flair and new, innovative teaching strategies.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: The successful candidate will have strong communication skills to foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
- Team Oriented: Leadership aside, the ability to work collaboratively with a dedicated team to shape our EYFS framework and contribute to wider school objectives is crucial. The EYFS leader will be an integral part of our team, driving the success of Early Years and contributing overall to the school vision.
