What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint an experienced, outstanding classroom practitioner to lead our EYFS. The position is a full time permanent role from September 2026.The successful candidate will need to have the ability to stimulate and challenge children of all abilities as well as demonstrate positive behaviour management. They will be flexible, enthusiastic and have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills in order to achieve the best possible outcomes for all our children. What the school offers its staff

The continuing professional development of all members of our school community is an important part of our aim to improve standards. The school has access to a variety of courses from different providers; information about these may be emailed to you via your school email.

The welfare and wellbeing of all staff is of great concern and in addition to taking care of each other in school, the Academy Trust can assist Staff who may be experiencing difficulties by signposting training or workshops or referring staff to Occupational Health for assessment. Line managers can offer support to staff.
