Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge? We are looking to find an exceptional Early Years Leader for our youngest children, to join our team leading our F1 and F2 provision, from 1st January 2025 (or sooner, if possible).

 

Are you passionate about Early Years and giving children the best start in their education?

We are looking for an outstanding Early Year practitioner who is able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills working closely alongside the Executive Head, Head of School and other Senior leaders in implementing the school’s vision and values in delivering excellence.

 

Do you want to be able to lead developments to our Early Years outdoor environment? We have allocated a sizable budget to develop our Early Year environment which our new Early Years Leader will have the key role of influencing.


The role will be key to ensuring high quality EYFS provision is secured and maintained and inclusive approaches and practice are maximised for all.

The successful applicant will:

·       be an outstanding EYFS practitioner.

·       be an inspirational and innovative leader with a proven track record of raising standards.

·       maintain a culture and ethos that promotes effective collaboration, equality, inclusion and high expectations of all pupils and staff.

·       develop and maintain positive and effective relationships with parents and carers, governors and other community partners.
