EYFS Phase Leader job summary

We are looking for a high quality EYFS leader to join us in September 2024. This role includes a core subject responsibility depending on your experience and interest. This post provides the opportunity to be part of the senior leadership team and be at the forefront of moving the school forward.

You will need to be an excellent teacher as well as leader and manager with high expectations; ensuring the children are central to everything you do.

As a leader you will:

  • Be an experienced aspirational teacher and leader

  • Lead by example as well as work well as part of a team

  • Be a creative and strategic thinker with vision, ideas and strong ethics

  • Have well developed interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire, challenge and motivate the whole school community

  • Be resilient and reflective
