Drive Curriculum & Assessment: Take strategic responsibility for the development, implementation and monitoring of a high-quality, play-based curriculum and the EYFS profile.
Support & Challenge Staff: Work collaboratively with early years colleagues, using robust assessment to monitor student progress and ensure high-quality continuous provision.
Build Relationships: Foster strong, trusting relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies to support children's transition into school and early development.
Contribute to School Vision: Act as a creative, strategic thinker within the leadership team, ensuring that our youngest learners have the best possible start to their education.
