Since joining Invictus Education Trust, Rufford Primary School has been on a journey of school improvement. We are now looking to recruit an EYFS Leader with high aspirations and standards for all stakeholders to the further strengthen the progress made.

We are looking for an EYFS Phase Leader who:

·       Has a proven track record of raising pupil attainment

·       Is supportive of Rufford Primary and Invictus Education Trust’s values

·       Is committed to working closely with school and trust leaders and their schools

·       Will empower and inspire staff, promoting effective teaching and learning, developing the school’s ethos and encouraging innovation

·       Will optimise the social and emotional development of children so they can become well rounded, caring individuals

·       Will build upon good relationships within the school, across our trust, with parents and in the wider community

·       Is committed to excellent safeguarding procedures
