EYFS/SEN Teaching Assistant Apprentice job summary

An apprentice Teaching Assistant Level 3 is required to join our team. We wish them to share our educational philosophy on the provision of high-quality, creative learning opportunities with a view to developing the whole child. The successful apprentice will be supporting to provide a safe, happy and well-disciplined learning environment, which enables our children to acquire a wide range of knowledge, skills and practical abilities.
We will partner with our apprenticeship provider 'Be Ready' to ensure the apprenticeship is delivered to a high standard across the duration of the course. We envisage the apprenticeship to last 18 months. You will complete a 13 module programme that will take you from induction to end point assessment, the programme benefits from peer-to-peer learning, 24/7 access to learning materials and a highly practical learning experience.
Math's and English at level 2 or equivalent is an entry requirement, however learners without these qualifications must achieve these prior to the end point assessment. This role is term time only working Monday to Friday working 8.45am to 3.15pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch.
