Barrow Hedges Primary School is seeking to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic, and nurturing Teaching Assistant to join our Reception team from September.

This is an exciting opportunity to support our youngest learners at the very start of their educational journey. We are looking for someone who is passionate about early years education, committed to helping children thrive, and able to work effectively as part of a supportive school team.

The Role:
Supporting teaching and learning within the Reception classroom
Working with individuals and small groups of children
Helping to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
Supporting children’s social, emotional, and educational development
Assisting with classroom preparation and daily routines

We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Has experience working with young children, ideally in an Early Years setting
Is caring, patient, and enthusiastic
Has strong communication and teamwork skills
Is committed to supporting all children to achieve their full potential
Holds relevant qualifications or experience (desirable)
