What skills and experience we're looking for

- A reliable, enthusiastic and hardworking practitioner who is passionate about supporting children in the early years
- A Level 3 qualification relevant to Early Years, Childcare or Teaching Assistance, or extensive experience within EYFS
- Confidence working across the Early Years Foundation Stage, including 2-year-old provision, Nursery and Reception
- Experience of working within a Nursery or early years setting
- Strong understanding of child development and the importance of play-based learning
- The ability to build warm, nurturing and professional relationships with children and families
- Confidence supporting children with communication and language development, personal development and early learning skills
- The ability to deliver and support high-quality adult interactions, modelling and questioning
- Experience supporting children with additional needs, including adapting provision and learning where needed
- Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and promoting children’s wellbeing
