You will lead and support a team of dedicated teachers and learning support assistants, providing guidance mentoring, and professional development opportunities.
About us:
Ingoldmells Academy and Nursery is a thriving GAT academy that is innovative and inclusive for children aged 3-11 on the East Coast in the village of Ingoldmells. The academy is a warm and friendly environment that delivers an engaging curriculum to pupils from Nursery to Year 6. Ofsted rated the academy as ‘Good’ in March 2024. We are proud of our pupils who are expected to work hard and give their best. In return, the staff team are committed to planning and teaching high quality lessons that are purposeful and build on pupils’ knowledge and skills, utilising the excellent school grounds and creating enrichment opportunities to broaden pupils' experiences and personal development. We are a small, dedicated team who all share the common goal of providing the very best education for the children of our community.
Our Walk & Talk invitation to you:
