About our ECT Teacher (EYFS) vacancy
We are looking for 2 Early career teachers to join us in our EYFS stage. These are new roles for qualified teachers. As an ECT you will have a passion for education, a growth mindset and an interest in pedagogy and how children learn.
No two day's at Oasis Blakenhale are the same & you'll love getting to know our students!
This is a permanent opportunity, we support staff development and do move teachers around year groups for experience, so although this role will initially be in EYFS, we are also looking for that desire to work across Primary stages.
About you
You'll be someone who understands the importance of early language, play‑based learning and strong routines, and who brings a deep understanding of the strong foundations of learning within Early Years. You will be passionate about creating a joyful, language‑rich environment where our youngest children flourish, ensuring every child builds the secure foundations they need for future success.
