The Governors of the Hednesford Hills Federation are offering the opportunity for an inspirational and highly motivated Teacher to join our team at Hednesford Nursery School.

Hednesford Nursery School is a unique establishment and one of only two maintained nursery schools in Staffordshire offering provisions for children aged from birth to 4 years. We deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage through fun and meaningful play offering free flow and free play learning opportunities as well as focused group times making sure individual needs are met and interests are tailored for. Our team of staff are highly motivated and strive for the best for each individual child working together to provide high and consistent expectations and praise their achievements.

We are looking for an Early Years Teacher to join our team to deliver the EYFS curriculum to our 3 and 4 year olds and to continue delivering an exceptional service in sustaining high standards in moving the nursery school forward.

  • Fulfil the professional responsibilities of a teacher, as set out in the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document.

Hednesford Nursery School delivers the Early Years Foundation Stage through fun and meaningful play offering free flow and free play learning opportunities as well as focused group times making sure individual needs are met and interests are tailored for.

We provide for children from birth to four, open all year round from 7.30am - 6.00pm. In addition, we offer 15 and 30 hours to 3-4 years olds who are eligible and offer think 2 places for eligible 2 year olds.
