St Germans Academy is a small, rural school which works alongside Wimbotsham and Stow Academy and Magdalen Academy under the leadership of an Executive Head teacher. We have a well-established proactive staff team that are committed to the education of the whole child.

St Germans Academy, you will find a warm and friendly atmosphere, with a purposeful learning environment. We aim to provide happy and supportive surroundings for the children in our care and have in place a wide range of learning experiences to ensure the full growth and development of the child – physically, intellectually, socially and morally.

We are looking for an EYFS teacher to join our team and make a real and lasting difference to our pupils. This role is to work in our mixed preschool and Reception class. This class forms part of our four-class school. Our school offers a high level of TA support. Each member of staff takes an active role in leading whole school development and offers excellent opportunities for personal and professional development.

An inclusive practitioner with a clear understanding of SEND

Approachable and able to contribute to a strong team.

Able to demonstrate high expectations of pupil achievement regardless of background

Keen to make the most of our creative curriculum and learning outdoors
