We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and excellent teacher, who has a proven record of improving the quality of education within a school, with particular emphasis on EYFS. We are looking for someone who:
- Is enthusiastic, experienced, approachable and friendly
- Is up to date with current research around Quality First Teaching and Early Years practice (Nursery and Reception),
- Ensures all children feel safe, happy and able to learn to the best of their ability and reach their potential,
- Is knowledgeable and has the skills to meet the requirements of the EYFS Framework, including a good understanding of Early Reading,
- Has the ability to develop effective relationships with pupils, parents and external agencies in order to support pupils’ smooth transition into school
- Is confident in leading a team, developing the vision and having the drive to move it forward
- Able to create a stimulating and inviting learning environment adapted to suit the needs of the pupils,
- Supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school.
- Experience of Read Write Inc is desirable
