What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking a dedicated, creative, and nurturing EYFS Teacher to join our team on a full-time maternity cover basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic practitioner who is passionate about early years education and committed to giving children the very best start in their learning journey.

What we’re looking for:

  • A qualified teacher (QTS required) with experience in Early Years.
  • A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child‑centred learning.
  • The ability to create an engaging, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm, positive approach to working with pupils, families, and colleagues.
  • Someone who is reflective, eager to develop professionally, and passionate about early childhood development.
  • Astrong commitment to raising standards and driving continuous improvement
